Visual Inventory Plus will conduct a customized home or business inventory based upon your needs and the property being inventoried.
Pricing is based primarily on square footage BUT PLEASE DON'T STOP READING HERE. If you don't know the exact square footage, it's not a problem, rough estimates are welcome.

Residential Portfolio which includes single, duplex, modular, mobile, apartment or condo:
Under 1000 square foot (approx 1 to 1.5 hrs): $112.50
1000 to 1999 square foot (approx 2 to 3 hrs): $168.75
2000 to 2999 square foot (approx 3 to 4 hrs): $225.00
3000 to 3999 square foot (approx 4 to 5 hrs): $281.25
*Processing time is approximately equal to the time spent conducting the inventory.
And here is what you'll get:
1) The DVD, which can be viewed on a personal computer or home DVD player:
Video capturing the exterior of the premise, including
landscaping, property and structures and then the interior room
by room.
2) The CD, which includes a viewable copy of the inventory program, digital photo's and scanned documentation. This CD can be viewed on your personal computer or that of your insurance company or law enforcement:
Digital Photographs to accompany the video, starting with the
exterior then moving to the interior. Once inside, photographs
are not only room by room but focuses on individual items in each
room. This includes, appliances, fixtures, drawers, closets, crawl
spaces, jewelry, guns, etc.
Written detailed documentation of individual items to
accompany the photographs which includes any identifiable
characteristics, make, model, serial numbers, etc. This
includes Bequeath Requests if requested.
All documentation is organized and displayed in an itemized
easy to understand report format.
On-site scanning of receipts, ownership documentation or any
supporting or miscellaneous documentation you provide.
3) The Hard Copy:
Printed copies of photographs
Printed reports of documented items which includes the
photograph and detailed information for each item.
While conducting an inventory, Visual Inventory Plus also provides INVIS-ID, a security marking solution designed as a theft deterrent. Recommended by law enforcement, this security marking system will allow police to detect, identify and return stolen property.
The resulting portfolio will be hand delivered approximately one week after the inventory has been conducted.
Business Asset Inventory Portfolio is offered at $100/hour, 1 hour minimum, plus 25% processing fee. The business asset inventory includes the same documenting process and resulting portfolio as the Residential package but with additional warranty tracking for office and business equipment and business fleet vehicle documentation. On-site documentation scanning is included.
Landlord/Tenant Dispute Protection is $30/unit for an unfurnished apartment and $45/unit for a furnished apartment.
* Inventory of an unfurnished apartment is supplied on CD and Hard Copy
which includes:
Digital photo’s of exterior and interior, room by room focusing on
condition of each room.
Documentation of fixtures and each appliance, including make,
model, serial number, etc.

Hobbyist Collections vary from collection to collection, so calling for an estimate is encouraged. Depending upon the complexity, collections can normally be inventoried at a flat rate of $100 for the first hour, 1 hour minimum and $30 for each additional hour required plus a 25% processing fee. On-site documentation scanning is included. The resulting portfolio will include video of entire collection on DVD, digital photo's and documentation of items in the collection provided on CD along with printed reporting.
Bequeath Requests for Estate Planning can be independent of a full residential inventory for that extra peace of mind. Depending upon complexity a Bequeath Request inventory can be provided at $45 per hour, 1 hour minimum, plus a 25% processing fee. The portfolio will include video on DVD with narration of items to be bequeathed, photo's and written documentation on CD along with printed reports of those items.
Probate Inventory provides proof of ownership to assist the legal process and heirs in handling of the estate. Offering peace of mind to the family through respectfully conducting a confidential, unbiased inventory. This inventory follows the same price structure as the residential inventory.
Distressed Property Inventory provides proof of condition to lenders and attorneys at a flat fee of $55 per unit which will include the following on DVD, CD and printed report:
Video & Digital photo’s of exterior and interior, room by room
focusing on the condition of each room and fixtures.

Unless you opt out, a copy of your inventory will be kept off-site at a secured location free of charge for 1 year. In case of an emergency and upon your written consent, this information can be supplied directly to your insurance company or proper authorities when needed. Please be assured, we couldn't stay in business if we didn't protect our customer's privacy. No identifiable information is visible on stored customer material.
Additionally, Visual Inventory Plus offers three renewal options. Insurance companies recommend that you revisit your home or business inventory at least once a year AND recommend you update that inventory with any new major items or changes throughout the year. Throughout the first year, three (3) additional items can be added to your inventory at no charge.
* After the first year you will receive a reminder to revisit your inventory.
Option 1: Only updated items at a nominal fee based on the amount
of items.
Option 2: A revisit of the entire inventory at a 15% savings from
the origanl cost.
Option 3: Even if no updates or revisits are required, for a small
yearly fee we will continue to provide off-site storage of
your inventory.
